IVYCLIMBERS LLC TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
All information or services provided by Ivyclimbers LLC, Inc. (“Ivyclimbers LLC”) are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. Ivyclimbers LLC, Inc. reserves the right to update the Terms and Conditions at any time by sending a notice to you.
COURSE/CAMP REQUIREMENTS
Student shall comply with all rules and requirements Ivyclimbers LLC has issued. Student must not distract others or become a discipline problem in the classes and activities. Otherwise the Student may be dismissed from the program and returned home at parent’s expense。
Ivyclimbers LLC strives to meet and exceed your expectations related to academic outcomes. All of our faculty are carefully reviewed and selected to meet our high standards. In selecting our faculty, we weigh experience and the expertise rather than traditional indicators such as licensing, degree, or age. Ivyclimbers LLC reserves the right to cancel classes, camps or events for ultra-low enrollment, which is determined on a case-by-case basis. Payments made to Ivyclimbers LLC will be refunded in full in such circumstances.
Ivyclimbers LLC reserves the right to change the teacher and schedules of any class at any time without any reservation. You have the right to cancel the class or event if the new schedule does not work for you. You will be refunded for all or remaining meets of the class or event. This paragraph does not apply to camps.
Transportation of students to program is parent responsibility. Ivyclimbers LLC employees supervise students only during scheduled class/camp time. Before and after posted times, we accept no responsibility for the supervision of the students. Ivyclimbers will not be responsible for any delays in transportation or transit or for reservation cancellation with any third parties.
REFUND POLICY
Absences: No refund will be available for absences.
Discounts: Discounts must be claimed at the time of registration. Unclaimed discounts are forfeited.
Cancellation: You may cancel in writing with or without reason at any time. Following terms apply based on the time of the written notice.

ONLINE ACCOUNT USE
Ivyclimbers LLC, Inc. may provide you with access to your online Ivyclimbers LLC LMS account. You are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Ivyclimbers LLC immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Ivyclimbers LLC will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by Ivyclimbers LLC or another party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else’s account at any time without the permission of the account holder.
You may not use the Ivyclimbers LLC LMS account in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any piece of the website, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the website. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any other accounts through hacking, password mining, or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through Ivyclimbers LLC.
By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when you use the Ivyclimbers LLC online services, you will not:
- Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights of others.
- Publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material, or information.
- Use any material or information, including images or photographs, which are made available in any manner that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary right of any party.
- Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Create a false identity for the purpose of misleading others.
Ivyclimbers LLC reserves the right to terminate your access to any and all of the Ivyclimbers LLC website at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever.
Any links that bring you to a third party are not controlled by Ivyclimbers LLC. Ivyclimbers LLC is not responsible for the contents of any linked site. Ivyclimbers LLC is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Ivyclimbers LLC.
PROPERTY DAMAGE
Parents are responsible for the full replacement of any property damaged by their child.
PRIVACY POLICY
Ivyclimbers LLC considers the privacy of your individually identifiable information very important. Ivyclimbers LLC collects Student and Parent contact information for purposes of meaningful two-way communications and marketing such as newsletters and event announcemnets. In addition, Ivyclimbers LLC may collect personal information for research purposes such as test scores & grades, gender, and ethnic background. Ivyclimbers LLC, Inc. will not sell, rent or share your information to third parties.
MEDIA RELEASE
Student and Parent/Guardian agree that Ivyclimbers LLC, its authorized agents, employees and assignees may use the photographs, videotapes, student information and/or audio recordings prepared there from, to reproduce, exhibit, publish, or distribute for educational, research, promotional use or identification purposes. No compensation will be paid for this use.
MEDICAL TREATMENT
In case of illness, accidental injury or emergency during the course/camp day, Ivyclimbers LLC staff will contact parents at home or at work immediately. If the parent cannot be reached, Ivyclimbers LLC, its staff, volunteers or instructors will take any emergency medical measures deemed necessary for the care and protection of the child. This includes, if necessary, treatment by a physician, paramedic, and/or transfer to the hospital.
